Captains Jack and Mike were fun, knowledgeable, and made sure our two families had a blast. The kids loved the water sports, and the parents appreciated the little extras like fresh towels, setting up chairs and umbrellas, and coolers of ice. These guys WANT you to have a great time. They even called to recommend a two hour delayed start time for us to allow the temps to warm up a bit for our trip. Much appreciated. We will definitely return!

Our group of 4 adults and 2 children went out to cayo costa with captain Mike last Sunday for a fabulous trip. I chose Sanibel Island cruise Line based on the great reviews it has, and it absolutely met or exceeded all my expectations. Mike was flexible and accommodating, even letting us change the date of our trip due to the weather. He knows where to find dolphin, and he amazed us with the way he got the dolphins to play with us and swim behind the boat. No dolphin trip could have given more up front exposure to dolphins than we had on our trip! The island was also beautiful, and we made use of all the gear - kayaks, paddle boards, sea doos. The kids had fun exploring ithe uninhabited island inland; it was a great adventure for them. It was really a perfect trip and well worth the money. We even asked Mike to let us stay an extra hour and he obliged. This was a great experience for everyone in our group.

My family of 5 did the 3 hour cruise to Cayo Casto and it was terrific. Captain Jack made sure we saw dolphins, told us about the area and set everything up when we got to the island. We all kayaked, paddle boarded, and used the Seadoos to snorkel around the water. Not much fish to see when snorkeling but we did see several sting rays. I highly recommend this trip if you are on Sanibel!

We booked a 3 hour Cayo Costa cruise with Captain Mike and had the time of our lives. Captain Mike was excellent - from the moment we climbed onboard he was full of information and made sure we had the perfect trip. On our way to Cayo Costa he was able to find some dolphins and they followed us for a while in our wake while we took pictures. Once we got to the island he set up the umbrella, cooler and chairs and brought out the kayaks and paddleboards. We took advantage of these and also searched for shells for a couple of hours.

On the return trip, we had multiple dolphin sightings - the last was an incredible show with the dolphins jumping out of the water! It was like the finale of a fireworks show - a fabulous end to a great cruise. Captain Mike was full of information and things to share - he was polite, accommodating and always making sure that we had what we needed to have the perfect trip.

Their website says their goal is to exceed your expectations - they do! If you are thinking about this trip - do it! You will not be disappointed! We highly recommend Sanibel Island Cruise Line and will go again the next time we visit.

We booked a morning with Captain Jack for a family of six. Jack was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our day enjoyable. We saw three pods of dolphins going to and from Cayo Costa. We were on the island for three hours and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. The water was much clearer than Sanibel and the whole family were snorkelling, kayaking and shelling the whole time we were there. The kids loved the motorised snorkelling jets. Found plenty of lovely shells, thanks to some additional 'help' from Jack in locating some sand dollars. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Sanibel, and for a large family, the cost per head is not very different to booking on a big tourist boat, but with the added flexibility of having your own charter boat.
