Let's start off with the facts. The Village Inn is not an Inn but a restaurant. Passing it for the first time i too thought it was a motel/inn from the outside but it wasn't until must later did i realize it was a hidden gem in Sebring.

From the roadside you would clearly mistake the Village Inn for a motel/inn by the outside color scheme. Passing it for the first time i did think the building was the check-in/reception area for the rest of the building. Later I would realize that the front building was it and there was no other buildings. Visiting the Village Inn for the first time i wasn't sure what to expect. No one had recommended it to me and it didn't seem to be on anyone's breath. I wasn't even sure what they served but with that in mind the family decided to try it.

Our lunch experience at the Village Inn was filled with smiles and satisfied tummies. The people are fast, fun, and friendly. Everyone seemed really happy to see us and more than willing to go the extra mile. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided more than adequate feedback to make an informed dining decision. Speaking of the menu, it seems endless. It really does! You can find just about anything on the menu to fit any taste platter. I found myself overwhelmed with options but in the end you can't go wrong with most anything on the menu.

The food was delicious and a great value for the money. Seeing the prices at first i really did feel the low prices would result in small portions but luckily was wrong. Portions are big. The portions are so big that we could have share some of our meals and saved room for dessert. By the end of the meal dessert was not an option and i ended up with a buffet of food from the other plates.

I can see why the locals really don't mention Village Inn much because it is really a gem, and who wants to share a gem. If you're a family of picky eaters there is always something on the menu for everyone. If you're the type of family that argues about where you want to dine tonight the Village Inn is your saving grace.

We visit regularly for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is always good, lots of choices.
We absolutely love the Pies. Not sure how many choices there are but we always have a hard time deciding.
We are also big fans of the early bird specials for dinner, there are many good choices, reasonably priced. Some of our particular favorites are: Grown-Up Grilled Cheese, adding bacon & tomato to the traditional grilled cheese sandwich and cooking it with a parmesan crusting make it a unique and tasty choice. The Tomato Basil Soup is outstanding.

It was a pretty good place to eat in Sebring. Not terribly special, but the for was pretty good. Service was great though. You can eat what ever kind of food you want. They also have a variety of pies my friends said the ones they tried were excellent.

my favorite place to go. Lots of choices. Early bird specials. Free pie on Wed with order. Great pies. Coffee good but cost too much. CC was our waitress and she always remembers us. A very friendly atmosphere. We go there for breakfast often.
