This is Sebring's best kept secret. The café is small and you might pass it by but make sure to go inside. There are only 7 tables and a few bar stools. The food will not disappoint you. Everything is made fresh. It has the best special in Sebring for breakfast....2 eggs, bacon or ham, Cuban toast, and café con leche for under $5. The Denver Omelette is one of the best I have had along with the fried "Papas." Rebeca serves the customers and her husband does all the cooking. The lunches are dinners are very authentic Mexican, excellent and fresh. I think the Cevichi is some of the best I have eaten. Don't miss Rebeca's green homemade salsa. It is not hot and is great on eggs and all the meals.

Great tamales. The food is great in general. I have been for breakfast & dinner and have always been happy with the food. The beans & rice are the best in Highlands County. This is a true gem of a place!
