Went with family for breakfast after church. Quickly welcomed and seated although house was close to full. Rocky start as fat-free milk had turned bad, but was quickly and apologetically replaced when we let them know. Breakfast food made us forget about the milk issue. We didn't have anything fancy but eggs were prepared as ordered, corned beef hash was great and daughter's waffle delighted her. Service was attentive and manager sincerely apologized for milk. Seemed like the place to be on Siesta Key to get a Sunday morning breakfast.

A good place for breakfast or lunch. The food is your standard American breakfast but the service is fast and super friendly. Quaint atmosphere and the owner is always around to chat and make sure that you are a happy and satisfied customer. Good value for money.

Both the patty melt and BLT were great. Loved the homemade chips. Only open for breakfast and lunch, so don't look for dinner.

12 years ago I had a taco salad at the Village Cafe. It has stayed in my memory fo rall that time.
In the interim we have been back to Siesta key on a number of occasions and each tim I toy with going back but decide to let memories be just that........however this time I could no longer hold off. You know what it is like with memories, there is a train of thouhgt that says you should not disturb them for fear of destroying them.

Boy am I glad I did. My taco salad this time around was every bit as tasty as i remembered!

Have also stopped off here for cake and drinks, the cinnamon rolls are incredible!

Friendly staff, consistent food, and a new memory. Thanks Village Cafe.

Solid, predictable place to have breakfast...its got all the usual suspects with a few twists. With the Broken Egg under construction, Village Café is even more packed with tourists. Its also overpriced... head over to Sun Garden.
