“Very cool”

We loved this place and went twice during our trip to Siesta Key. There are so many flavor combinations to try and it is amazing to watch the ice cream made instantly.

“Very unique and delicious! ”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 August 2014 via mobile

We just happened to stop in at Sub Zero opposed to another hot spot for ice cream in Siesta Key Village due to the lengthy line and we were so impressed with watching our ingredients become ice cream right before our eyes. The gal behind the counter greeted us and displayed great customer service, the ice cream was very flavorful and we would highly recommend any one else to give Sub Zero a try!

“Love this place!! Unique and yummy!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 August 2014

First you get to choose your base, ranging from a yogurt base, clear up to high fat. Love this option to be able to choose...how cool is that! Then, you can choose your own combination of add-ins (if you want them), or choose a combination they've created. The staff then mixes it up right in front of you, and then flash-freezes it was nitrogen! The staff was information, fun, and bright! Homemade ice cream, with a unique twist. LOVE IT!!!

This was the most interesting desert I have seen in a while. What a cool idea, the flash freeze the liquid into ice cream. Crazy good.
