The food was "okay" but it's not barbecue by a southern standard. I was a little skeptical when we drove up because there was no smoke outside. I found out why when I got my order... NO PIT! The meat has to be licked with a flame to be real barbecue. They must do it different in Texas. The fixings were good and the place was clean, but I would classify the meat as roasted.
