OK this is based on just one visit. We chose Mulligan's because of the inviting outdoor tables. I figured the fish would be good because there is an extensive seafood menu. I was wrong. Sorry, my grouper was not fresh and not good. Service was good. No, I didn't send it back because that to me would have made the evening worse. If I ever come here again I'll stick to burgers.

The name says it all, plus good food and drink. Nice place to take visitors and you can walk around downtown Stuart area and Riverfront. Parking is challenging in season, you may have to take a few trips around the block or hike it. It is a chain but blends nicely into the Stuart waterfront.

Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Average chain type, but the food is always good. Service uneven, but who cares, it's fun anyway.

My wife and I came here with a friend and had one of the best meals in a long time along the Treasure Coast. We had walked all along the waterfront and taken in the sights and just wanted to sit somewhere comfortable and enjoy a drink first and then supper. Places seemed packed on this evening and that was true for Mulligan's as well, but we asked about eating outside and lo and behold they have a small area cordoned off on the side street and it was perfect. The sun had gone down, there was a wonderful breeze blowing and interesting folks strolling by. Draft beer, good conversation and soon there were our meals ready to eat. We all raved about each one. Fish tacos made with mahi-mahi; Muligan's garden salad with blackened salmon on top and the fried fish reuben. I can't say enough about Mulligan's reubens anyway because we also get them up in Sebastian and in Vero where they are just as good. Mulligan's knows how to do them to perfection. Our friend is visiting Florida and said he had had salmon pretty often in the past few weeks and this was the best he had tried of all. Our server Rodrigo was great and fun to visit with. He is learning the details of the beers on draft and once he masters all of them, he will be excellent. We have always loved the island theme of Mulligans and the Stuart location delivers in that way as well. This was a highlight of visiting Stuart and we will be sure to visit again.
