Having had to get a hotel room at the last minute because of plans falling through. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The manager as well as all of the employees that I encountered were always very friendly and helpful.
My room was clean and well stocked with everything that I needed for my extended stay.
The adjoining restaurant Flannigans was very convenient for dinner or that late night snack.
Great location.
Pool was very clean and enjoyable.
Comfort of the bed and pillows was A+.
My overall experience was fantastic and The Quality Inn will be the place for all my visits to Stuart FL.

My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. Rose, at the front desk was very helpful, and made the checking in process easy and fun. Amy was also wonderful. Friendly and smiling all the time. And we were never without fresh, hot coffee! The beds were very comfy with lots of pillows. The room was clean and well stocked. We didn't want for anything. Flannigan's restaurant is attached to the hotel, and they have great food. Very pleasant bartender, too.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We had to leave a day earlier than planned, because of a family emergency, and they were very understanding and helpful.
You won't go wrong if you stay here.

The plus is that a simple breakfast is included. The negative is that is mostly carbs. It gets unsatisfying after a few days.
I stayed for almost a week and have been to this Hotel several times before. It is a value hotel so if you need a good bed, a good size room and a breakfast for a fair price. This is it!
For lunch and dinners, you have a good choice in Flanagan's in the same building.

Had reservations with a Medical Service
Dog. Selected this Inn because it was " pet friendly". Front Desk clerk refused to honor reservation. " dog as she saw the head in the back window of the car was too big". No size or weight limit by Federal ADA or FL law. With her vest
She is only 55 lbs.

Clerk threAtened me with a $ 250.00 additional charge if I removed the dog from the car to show the dogs medical assistance registration.

Hotel Manager did not even attempt to apologize by calling me or attempt an explanation.

There are better places to stay with polite

My wife and I had a great time on our yearly snowbird vacation .Last two days not so good !!! We a had planned to check out on March 8th but decided to stay because of the weather up north . Wish we would have left , some youth teams arrived and the placed turned into a nightmare .They ran the halls and we even had them playing on our patio after 12 am . This happened Friday and Saturday night .We saw the staff from our room try to get things under control but it fell on deaf ears . When we had breakfast the next morning we had to listen to very bad language from a lady that was with this group . We were shocked that she spoke like that in the lobby and in front of her children .We will be back next year but we will make sure that that group is not there before we make reservations .

Room Tip: We love 102 because close to pool .

I stayed at this lovely hotel on March 7-11. Things were fine until this ball team checked in on Fri. I'd like to know what parents are thinking when they let their kids run all over the hotel disturbing the rest of us. We paid just as well as they did. These people were rude and very disrespectful. Sat. night was the worse. They were out by the pool hooping and letting their kids play in front of our room. We called the front desk to let them know that we were trying to sleep. The hotel staff was trying to get these people to settle down but they were just so rude and really didn't care about anybody else but themselves. I felt bad for the hotel staff having to deal with people this inconsiderate. We asked the next morning if they were leaving because if not we were. I couldn't take another night with NO sleep until after 1am. Thank goodness they left and we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. This is a great hotel for the price and the staff is very professional and always willing to help at what ever your needs are.

I am very unsatisfied customer. The staff at Quality Inn in Stuart, FL is lacking complete customer service skills. They were rude over the phone from the time we made our reservation all the way through to check out on 3/10/2013. Myself and a group of families reserved rooms from 3/8/2013 to 3/10/2013 for our children’s football game on Saturday 3/9/2013. We traveled 3 and half hours from Tampa and were treated very disrespectfully by the staff at Quality Inn. We did try to book as a group and have a block of rooms reserved for the entire team next to each other; as to not disturb any of the other guests but we were told that was not possible, so we then we reserved our rooms individually. We did make requests for certain accommodations and we do understand that all requests are not guaranteed; however out of all the rooms we reserved not one family could be accommodated.
