“Great Prices”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 September 2008

We stayed in Miami Beach this summer for 30 nights. A visit in the Sawgrass was a must do!
I've been here two times before a few years ago. Since then, the Mall even grew bigger.
Now it has around 350 stores. A new wing was attached to the Mall with more upscale brand stores. So it really has something for everybody.

This is an outlet Mall, so prepare yourself for good Deals! You'll quite need time to shop, but you can not see everything anyway. Nordstrom had some really good stuff for very low prices...lots of brand names here for little money!
Best is, you study the map and choose your priorities. If not, you never gonna make it.
If you feel hungry, there's two Food Courts and some Restaurants. We chose the Cheesecake Factory, which always is a safe choice. It was great as usual!
There's also a movie theatre with 25 cinemas if you feel like catching a movie.

The Mall only has one floor, which is good, so you don't need to go up and down all the time.
There's a big book store too. Great, because book stores like that are hard to find around.

The Mall is not too hard to find and is about an hour away North from Miami / Miami Beach. It's pretty much all Interstate, so it's an easy drive.
There's also Busses and Tours heading here from Miami Beach. But if you have access to a car I very much recommend so. Because of lots of bags you'll carry home and the tours are just overpriced!

We'll come back here next time!

“Excellent for Bargain Hunters”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 August 2008

This mall is excellent especially for visitors from the UK. We have been coming here for years and there are always fantastic bargains. It makes you realise how expensive everything is at home. If you are serious about shopping you should arrive early (mall opens at 10am and 11am Sundays). You will manage to spend a whole day here easily - there are plenty of fast food outlets in either of the 2 food courts and additional better eating places outside in the Oasis. The only bad point about this mall is the restrooms. You are better to go to the ones located in the food courts as they tend to be cleaner. The ones at the entrances are not the cleanest. The mall has a website with a full directory of stores but some of the best stores we have found are Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Fossil. There is even a Post Office in the Mall. Go to Customer Service desk for info and coupons.

“Easily The Most Annoying Experience I've Had In Florida”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 August 2008

Huge, crowded, full of moms and dads pushing strollers, frequently straight into my ankles. Shoppers were wandering, blocking the halls, staring at overpriced consumer items with dull, lifeless expressions of material avarice.

As you enter the mall, from the entrance I had the misfortune to randomly select, you are assaulted with something called "Wannado City", which is one of those happy, cartoon infested children's "fun learning opportunities" complete with a cheery theme song about children having fun while learning or some such thing. There were leaping water fountains, which for some reason were misaligned to attack passing strangers. The entire thing was plastered with shameless plugs for Wonka brand candy items. Right, give the kids more sugar.

I walked, for what seemed far too long past literally hundreds of stores selling bland, uninteresting junk to find a food court at a dead-end. For the size of the mall, the selection of food merchants was sparse. There was another food court at the other extreme end of the mall. According to the floor directory it contained mostly the same food franchises. I didn't bother going to visit it.

There is an outdoor shopping area which is far more agreeable. Sunshine, less foot traffic, fewer strollers. There's a Cheesecake Factory there, if you're into that kind of thing. There's a huge 24 screen cineplex, as well. I prefer to see movies at the three for one price at the nearby Swap & Shop drive-in. Go see it. It's truly surreal.

Skip the mall, though.

“Awesome outlet mall.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 July 2008

While on vacation from Oregon(where we have no sales tax), we stopped in this outlet mall. We were hunting for a Prom dress in April and we found a great deal-$60 for a dress that was over $270 in Oregon. My daughter was quite beautiful for the prom. Also stopped by the Coach store and got purses at huge discounts-apparently this is the usual situation, according to the help. I recommend this place as a destination for shopping-alot of great stores ,and deals, if you hunt. I highly recommend this outlet mall.
