As frequent vacationers in Surfside (annually for over 20 years) my wife and I have enjoyed Cafe Ragazzi since it first opened as a tiny corner bistro . In that time Ragazzi has expanded somewhat and has had a huge positive impact on Harding Ave. by providing a consistently excellent and sophisticated casual dining experience with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A change in ownership a few years back went quite well and the restaurant remains fun, noisy and friendly. The food is very good, ranging from pasta and stone oven pizza to well prepared carne and pesce. I always ask for the stuffed artichoke (usually not on the menu so you have to ask - truly delicious and large enough to share as an appetizer). Celebrities staying at nearby hotels dine unmolested.
