“I still haven't recovered”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 December 2013 via mobile

High hopes based on reviews, but huge letdown: soggy nachos, salty beans, dry beef, enchilada sauce from a can(?), and what was that cheese??? I've finally given up on Tally-Mex, this was the final low blow and gut buster. Adios.

“Authentic Mexican restaurant”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 November 2013 credit card Amex Cardmember Review

We love the dishes served in the restaurant. The Salsa served is very fresh.. but be prepared its little spicy. If you are spicy allergic, try the cheese dips and its good tooo..

“Good Chicken Tacos”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 November 2013

I have only eaten the Chicken Tacos. The chicken was moist, juicy and well-flavored. The soft shell was fresh and tasty. It was served with complimentary chips and salsa. I got 3 nice sized tacos topped with cheese and lettuce for about $7, which is a lunch bargain.

“A good Mexican Restaurant”

Pros - To start with, the salsas are fresh and good. Fajitas is a good one to order in this Restaurant.

Cons - late to serve.

“slow and average at best”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 November 2013

Not recommended.
Arrived on a WED at about 6:20 seated right away, drinks, chips, and didn't get food till I asked them about it at 6:55. They were not crowded. the salsa is tomato juice with chili powder and some slight spice. oh and they had a small amount of crushed tomato in there with a slice of onion. Chips were slightly over cook.
*Food is not authentic Mexican.*
- it is Tex-Mex. I have traveled and had authentic before; this wasn't it.
Food was uninspiring at best. it was eatable, though under spiced. Both plates came out too hot to handle but my date's food was cold. Mine was warm but well below the temp of the plate, even though there was crusted cheese all over it, so it had clearly sat around for a bit before being brought out.
