A previous reviewer described this drive as a snoozefest, which made me very sad. But to each their own. Some people simply don't enjoy fine scenery with no other entertainment. For those who are familiar with towering Spanish Oaks, it can become commonplace. I had to move away from it and move back to fall in love again. I recall a drive with a relative who was only used to the trees of Michigan, and the lack of trees in Texas being awed by the sight of Tallahassee canopy roads. Meridian has a great charm point of Tallahassee, and in a large quantity. This road has a part of Tallahassee that I hope will always be here. If you enjoy this sort of thing, also drive down Old Saint Augustine. You don't have to drive down these roads toward little to see big oaks, though. I am grateful that they are all over the city!
