Loved the front desk crew and the manager! Make sure you check with them to see rooms first and then you will know what room to pick. The breakfast was great.
IT is in a great location/ The staff was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The pool is fun and the tiki bar is nice . Very causal but good for unwinding after a day.

We booked this resort because of the shuttle from airport and shuttle to cruise port. Our first impression was not great. We arrived late at night and when we got to room it was nothing like pictures. It was dated and very worse for wear. Although clean, it wasn't what I had expected. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast in restaurant and we ate outside and it was beautiful. Then we went for walk around pool and that was nice too. So not all bad. We found restaurant staff, Suzi and shuttle bus driver friendly.
I would not stay at this resort again due to the condition of room.

I'm all about saving money and usually do not mind if a hotel is outdated but, our room was horrible. Chipped paint, furniture chipped, and in horrible shape, both ice machines did not work and neither did the pop machine. For $150 next time I'll just spend the extra money and go somewhere nice.

3 couples stayed here before a Carribean cruise. The hotel is a little dated and the furniture is old and not well maintained but the bed was comfortable and the plumbing worked well. The on site restaurant serves an awesome breakfast and it's a short ride to the cruise terminal. The really stand out features are the staff. Are plane was delayed so we arrived after the free shuttle stopped running but, when we explained our circumstances, the hotel maintenance man hopped in the shuttle van and picked us up. On top of that, my reservation had somehow gotten canceled but the great girls at the desk were able to accommodate my wife and I at a great price. The next day after breakfast, the shuttle delivered us to the front of the line for our cruise.
Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!

We rented three rooms for two nights before a cruise out of Tampa. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The adults enjoyed the drinks at the Tiki bar. We did not eat at the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was some noise level around the bar area late at night but the one room we had near the bar was relocated when we spoke to the front desk staff about this issue. The hotel shuttle picked all 11 of us up at the airport and then brought us to the cruise port the day of our cruise at no extra charge. Once we were at the cruise port the day of our cruise, our grandson realized he had left his ipod on the shuttle. We called the Tahitian Inn and the shuttle driver found the ipod and drove back to the cruise port to bring the ipod over to us. We would stay at the Tahitian Inn again when visiting Tampa!!
