My wife and I had muliple bed bug bites from their bed. We had to go to the doctor and get 3 different medications to get over it. Mold floating in coffee pot. Hand towles and wash cloths not replaced after room was made. Safe did not work (but they tried to charge us for one). Hot tub was so hot that it gave us 1st degree burns on our feet (that is a far as we could get in). This place has a lot of potential, but it's maintenance and cleaning needs to be kept up.

Staff were friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were a pleasant surprise. An older hotel but well maintained.

Stayed at this hotel with spouse as part of a larger group meeting there for the weekend. The place is a dump, and the corporate owners should get on this franchisee's back to update this place. Lobby is quite nice, and that's where the deception begins. We requested a refrigerator in the room (extra charge) when the reservation was made (6 weeks in advance) and confirmed the day before (needed it for medications). Upon check-on, there was no refrigerator available, and none became available during our stay. Thank heavens for icepacks! Anyway, the room assigned was an outside room, door and window facing an empty lot. As the facility was booked for the weekend, we couldn't be moved. Bathroom sink was gross, and had to be scrubbed out. Remote control for TV had NO NUMBERS, and there was no channel guide, so all you could do was troll through every channel in the hopes of catching something to watch - a real hit or miss proposition. Huge brown insects in room was either humongous roach or waterbug - really disgusting. In-room safe didn't lock correctly as touchpad was shot. You find at check-out that there's an additional $1.00 per day charge for the room safe, whether or not it is used. Must admit that bed was very comfortable, if you could admit to any comfort level in this miserable room. Toilet is very low to the ground, and if you have knee, hip or other joint problems, this is a real negative. In addition, I must state that this facility is not handicap friendly. There is no elevator to the second floor and if you are a special needs guest assigned to that floor, or are attending a function in a second floor ballroom, you're screwed. "FREE BREAKFAST" is a joke. I guess the hot waffles are OK, and there was a bowl of fresh fruit salad daily. Unfortunately, the fruit was sour both days, and inedible. There's orange and apple juice. Coffee is good, and you can toast up white or whole-wheat bread or an english muffin. Also available are mini pastries, the same as you can purchase in any big-box store. There's butter and jelly. If you want a real breakfast (with a protein), that's an additional charge of $7.99, and you get eggs, hash browns, sausage and grits. Adequate enough. Staff is very friendly and try to be helpful, and there are people cleaning, sweeping, etc. There's a security booth and people monitoring the cameras. The doors leading from the outside rooms to the interior of the hotel ARE NOT LOCKED, AND CAN BE ACCESSED BY ANYONE. It is entirely possible to drive onto the property, go around to the back of the building and enter from any of the unlocked doors. There's no way of knowing who belongs in this place and who doesn't, inspite of the cameras and monitoring system. This hotel is simply shabby. It's in a crummy area, and in order to find anything to eat, one must travel down E. Busch Blvd., where an assortment of mediocre lower-level eating establishments and fast food restaurants are in abundance. Also, you will find at least 4 pizza delivery places force their flyers in the doors nightly. The fact that we enjoyed ourselves while there is simple due to the fact that we loved the company we were with, not the facilities provided by the hotel.

Rates for a conference were about $70/night including taxes (conference/AAA/Governemnt rate).
Room safe had to be unlocked. Tub didn't drain adequately, four of 13 gym machines did not work for duration of my 4 day stay, including that gym TV remote was missing batteries.
Desk staff quite friendly and provided leads on multiple places that would deliver different types of meals - a good thing.
Main drawback - not a place you'd want to walk to go anyplace decent to dine after dark, and maybe not if an unaccompanied woman alone. Olive Garden is about 25 blocks away.
Free internet a plus.

It was one of not many afordable hotels with indoor pool close to the Busch gardens. I didnt like the reviews much but decided to stay anyway. Place is not bas at all well the area is but rooms were really clean and we requested extra towels every day and we accualy got them. When we checked in he person working there was rude but it got better as the shift changed. We tried to complain to manager but he was nowhere to be found . Breakfast was ok. Really loved the indoor pool and the hot tub.

It's not Marriott, but you get clean bed for very resonable price. Stuff was friendly for the most part... Free breakfast was ok had to pay extra for the hot one but it was worth it. I loved the indoor pool (didn't use it but it looks really nice).
I didn't really like the area, i would't go there for a walk but i haven't seen anyone on the parking lot and my car was in one piece.
I think i would stay there again.

Stayed there two years ago and it seemed alright. So last year we decided to stay there again. When we got there, the first room we were asigned to,the key wouldn't fit so we had to go back to the desk. While the clerk was deciding what room to put us in,twice he said,"No I can't put you in that room its dirty."I couldn't believe that he actually said that out loud. And it was not peak season. It was middle of Sept. When we got our room,it smelt kinda of musty.I ALWAYS check for roaches(doesn't matter what hotel)I didn't find any,so I thought okay we'll stay the night. We ordered pizza(take out)and we decided to eat it at the little coffee bar inside the hote.We had just sat down to eat and low and behold, over my the coffee machine was one hell of a roach. You could of rode it home.Well, need I say more. The next day after my boyfrien ate breakfast or should I say an muffin(they have a crappy breakfast)we left.Never to return,We always stay at the Comfort Suites in Kissimmee and it is a great hotel. They really should change the name of this one because anyone who stays in this hotel probably wouldn' want to try another Comfort Suites.May be they should just tear it down.
