I’m always nervous when trying a new place, especially one that is a little more upscale. It’s always disappointing when you pay a lot of money and walk away hungry or dissatisfied with your meal.
EDISON BLEW ME AWAY!
The drink menu was so cool. The server new everything about the drinks and we loved both of our selections. And they do not skimp on the booze in their boozy drinks. The flavors were incredible and unique.
The appetizer charred octopus was amazing. It was a generous portion served with a variety of flavors that worked well together.
The scallop entree I had was insane. Four very large scallops served over these peas I had never heard of topped with a Blair garlic aioli and artichokes was top notch. Unlike anything I’ve ever had and so delicious.
Then dessert...omg. The sugar coated butter cake is hands down TOP 5 best desserts I’ve ever had.
I cannot wait to come back.
