My family and I really had a lot of fun there until the end! Yeah, the courses were short, but still pretty fun and challenging.

At the end, the manager, Zane, was awful and completely rude. He was more interested in getting out at 10 than customer service. At 9:45, he walked across the hole while we were playing, carrying trash to the back door. Considering that they have large walkways and aisles, we found this completely unnecessary. At 9:50, from the back door, he rudely told everyone they were closed. Sparing details about the issues we had about getting credit for the 2 rounds we didn't have time for (not our money back, just credit so we could come back to finish the final 2 rounds), we felt that we were penalized for having a Groupon and that the other people in our party who paid full price were penalized for being part of our group because we had a Groupon. Basically, Zane at the Northwood location is awful. I recommend driving a little further to go to a different location, with hopefully better management.
