Employees were all smiling and didn't seem to hate their lives. Only complaint was the mobile checkin experience - I checked in the day before I arrived and then had to wait on arrival for them to prepare a non-handicapped room for my 3 night stay. I had booked this room 3 weeks before my trip and the hotel didn't appear to be packed so I was slightly annoyed at this but in the big scheme of things it wasn't...More
