We had a fantastic time at the Treasure Bay, the hotel is smaller, clean and modern inside. Its right across the street from the beach with a marina behind. We had a room on the ground floor with a garden area outside and views of the water.

This was our first hotel on our trip to Florida and after the long haul flight just the job for a relaxing break with the children.

2 things would improve it for us, some basic kitchen type items in the cupboards (plates/cutlery/bottle opener would all have been handy) and a wider selection of food at breakfast - still I can't complain as it wasn't advertised or charged for!

My wife, son (20 months) and I recently spent 5 nights at Treasure Bay Hotel and Marina and had a fantastic time.
From check-in to check-out our experience was first class and the staff are an absolute credit to the owners.
Our ground floor room looked out on the pool towards the ocean and was spacious and well-equipped. The room had a large flat screen television, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an extremely comfortable bed.
Early evening on Friday's and Saturday's the hotel lays on a free drinks service for a couple of hours on their sundeck which was an excellent opportunity to meet other holidaymakers and chat over a cold beer/wine whilst watching the sun set.
When we next visit this area, this will be the only hotel that we will consider. A+.

This hotel was perfect for us - Very clean, loved the kitchenette and flat screen TV in the room. There were danishes every morning and coffee all day in the club room on the second floor. There was also a sunset balcony with tables and chairs off of the club room, as well as a fitness center. Free wireless and plenty of free parking. There was a great pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge chairs for tanning. Beach was beautiful and right across the street. For $97/night we were in a king suite with an ocean view balcony. Great views of beach and gorgeous sunset! The hotel looks like a budget hotel from the outside but the inside is very clean and contemporary. It was recently remodeled. We were very pleased with the decor and comfort and surprised by how modern the hotel looked and felt.

Jeff at the front desk was awesome and all staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. He told us to try Middle Ground for dinner one night and it was delicious and fresh - and it was just a one minute walk from the hotel! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Great accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at the Treasure Bay Hotel and Marina. The rooms, hallways and lobbies were attractively and furnished and clean. I believe the hotel was totally refurbished in 2007.

Pool and deck area is very attractive and nicely landscaped. Staff was very friendly, including those working at the front desk, cleaning rooms and providing maintenance.

Free coffee and danish and muffins in morning. Early risers have to wait for danish and muffins until 8:00am. In an earlier review the was mention of a manager's happy hour daily. Apparently, this is not offered because the town does not yet permit it.

While generally very clean, we saw about three bugs in our room over four nights. But, it was not offensive and would not deter us from recommending this great hotel.

Rooms with View of the canal behind the hotel was pleasant and quiet overlooking homes and boats at private docks on the other side. Rooms with view facing the street and Gulf to the west is relatively noisy from car traffic. View from that side overlooks parking lot, street, beach parking lot and then very wide public beach with water view at some distance. Each room has sliding door to small terrace. A housekeeper told me the rooms facing that side are hotter because of the sun.

Plenty of on-site free parking. There is a small older dock off the parking lot on the canal (bay access), but there were no boats.

The building on the outside is basic looking, but the decor on the inside makes it feel more high end.

Met another out-of-state traveler who has stayed there three times within the several months. I would gladly return to this hotel.
