We are locals and just adore this zoo. Yes, it's small but the zoo takes good care of their animals and it is reflected in their enrichment programs for the animals. There are lots of animal events and even now some encounter experiences where you can pay a little more to get a "backstage look" at certain species.

Employees and volunteers are informed, intelligent, and helpful! The two shows are decent enough and worth watching once.

Be sure to bring your camera to the Tropics of the Americas - super cool scenery!

If you've got little ones, bring a swimsuit for the dancing fountains.

Attending Zoo Nights in the summer is VERY fun. It's cool to see the zoo in the evening, it's less crowded, and the weather is better.

Eat lunch in the cafe - they have decent prices and above average park food!

Thank Faith C

We actually attended an affair after hours at the park. it was very nice. They had a wonderful buffet. Park employees were scattered around along the paths with different animals which made the evening interesting.

Went here with my son, nephew an mom.
Ok park with alot of birds and turtles. Ok size of the park.
Bad layout of the paths. Could have been alot more organised.
The main atraction for my 3 yrs old son was the tiger. But there where no tiger. And no info om why.
Ok to have been there. But would not return.
Bought tickets online to save time. But had to get in the end of the line anyhow.

Thank Arild J
