This was my fourth vacation rental in Florida and was BY FAR the best one yet!

First off, dealing with Eileen is a real pleasure, she is quick to answer any questions you may have and she gets things done. If you have any special requests, she will try to accommodate you. My husband wanted to get the Golf channel, Eileen updated her channel selection to make him happy.

Her house is fully furnished with quality pieces, not the usual dollar-store equipment you find in most vacation rental places where they only supply cheap basics. You want to drink Champagne? There are crystal glasses available. You want to make lasagne? You have 3 dish sizes to pick from. You can even listen to music outside by the pool via the Sirius satellite system. How cool is that?

Ah the pool… definitely the most attractive feature of the house. Salt water that doesn’t sting the eyes, comfortable, plush chaise lounge, a patio set that sits 6 under the umbrella, a stainless steel BBQ to entertain, luxuriant vegetation and a calming fountain that spews out water around 4pm every night, adding to the wonderful atmosphere.

The master bedroom will surprise you by its sheer size, it is huge! Wood paneling all around, bright windows from which you can watch the palm trees sway, incredible ceramic floors crossed by wood planks, a very comfortable king size bed, plenty of space to put your clothes in and a flat screen TV to fall asleep on.

The house is located 2 blocks from the intracoastal where you can walk, run, bike or rollerblade along South Flagler Drive while looking at the beautiful houses. It’s a wonderful neighborhood and you’ll feel very welcome and safe. You can hop in your car and drive 10 minutes to the North to shop ‘till you drop in City Place in WPB or drive 10 minutes to the South and enjoy a night out in one of the many excellent restaurants on Atlantic Avenue in Delray.
