The manager, Pedro, will make sure of it. What ever the occasion, make sure to talk to him and he will make your dining event shine like a star. Chef Jairo, which is probably the most talented Latin-American chef in South Florida, has a magical intuition in discovering new pairings and recipes. His flavors are unique and definitely one of a kind.
We had "Mar y Tierra" and "Mahi Mahi al Saffron" as our main courses. All I can say is, YUMMY, YUMMY, SUPER YUMMY!!! Every taste was like a song of perfectly blended seasons and spices in your mouth. We paired it with a wonderful Spanish Rioja wine and a couple of delicious mojitos to start. For dessert, he came out with a "Yuca Pudding". Yes, that is right, a Yuca Pudding! Chef Jairo decided to create a new version of the traditional "Rice Pudding" or "Arroz con Leche", using yuca instead of rice. Oh my God it was good! I don't even like rice pudding so I was a bit hesitant to try it. Well, we ate the whole thing and left us wanting more.
