We went to Kitchen this past Saturday. We were welcomed by the owner, whose co-owner and husband is the chef. She was warm, welcoming and so happy to be welcoming customers.
We were served a delicious amuse bouche, that was the start of a delicious evening. I had the crab cake appetizer, it was one of the best I've every tasted. My husband had their special very healthy quinoa salad, which had a wonderful blend of flavors and textures. We both had fish for our entrees, I had the Salmon, which was outstanding and my husband had the evenings special fish which was Drum Fish, a fish that is not often seen on menus. We had a reasonably priced white wine, The Whip, which was served a proper cold temperature. The Strawberry Shortcake was light and airy with a freash not to sweet taste
Kitchen is a small, warm restaurant, that I hope keeps up these wonderful meals when the
Crowds start knocking at their door.
