We liked this beach so much we visited it twice! Beautiful! The water was rough both times, though, so we didn't really snorkel or swim. There are waves that crash and make quite the scene near the opening of the bay! The beach is pristine and gorgeous. It wasn't busy either time we went (very few people) and the water is just that clear Caribbean blue you want to see!

Might be the best beach on the island. Rent a lounge for 5 dollars and enjoy paradise. We stayed for 3 hours and loved every minute.

Great beach and definitely worth the trip if staying on Antigua. We stayed on the east end of the island so it was a 10 min drive for us. Pristine beach with crystal clear water. Nicest beach we have visited in the Caribbean! Plenty of trees at the north end of the bay for shade.

Fun beach for kids, some waves big enough to boogie board. Take a walk out to the rocky point, fun little tide pools for the kids to discover crabs, urchins, snails, also great spot for pictures. Little snack shack to grab an ice cream cone after a day at the beach.

There are lots of great beaches in Antigua but this is right up there. You can snorkel in the clear, calm waters at the north end, surf in the middle and look at the abandoned hotel at the south end.
No rubbish, plastic bottles or the like. A very useful beach cafe and bar as well, but otherwise wild and natural.
