I was shocked not to see this magical spot in Trip Advisor already. This is a one-of-a-kind spot for everyone to enjoy, but for java junkies like myself this is the haute cuisine of coffee. The proprietor has a passion for coffee. And he will share it if you want to learn as he is roasting the green coffee beans. Inside he will slowly hand grind them when ready and use a syphon filter method which takes skill. He used induction to heat the water and right before it boils he removes it and the vacuum is like a moka pot but the heat is less intense, which makes for a smoother cup of coffee. His iced coffee is made with coffee iced cubes. You can drink this delicacy in the garden with the koi pond and the naturally rainbow painted eucalyptus trees. If you are hungry, they make delicious sandwiches, at $5 each!!!, which are served on wooden plates. Big thick pieces of wood. Please go and enjoy this special spot before it becomes well known and is busy! Take a friend!
