We went on a busy Friday night and the restaurant was bustling. However, we were shown to our table without delay and the service was prompt and courteous. I ordered the skirt steak street tacos, which were every bit as good as I have had in Tijuana. I ordered black beans and rice as an accompaniment, but they were a disappointment -- especially the black beans, which were bland and tasted as though they had just come out of a can. My wife ordered the veggie fajitas: lots of veggies, but she had the same comment about the accompanying rice and beans. However, I've rated the rest of the food as "Very good." The house margaritas are great, as is the Mexican beer on tap. The noise level was high, which made conversation a little difficult, partly because of the open-plan design. Not really conducive to a couples evening on a Friday night but fine for a special occasion with a larger party. We'll certainly come again - but on a quieter night, or with a group of friends.
