Unfriendly staff, burnt chicken and tastless waffles. Despite other reviews, portions were not huge.

My husband and I eat here each year we visit Blue Ridge. The menu is small, but everything is delicious!! Great prices, too!

Stopped in for a late lunch while shopping in downtown Blue Ridge. We ordered a variety of sandwhiches: Turkey and bacon with delicious aioli, crispy chicken with bacon, and a pulled pork without the bread. Since my daughter is gluten free she asks alot of questions. The staff was very friendly and answered her questions and offered to make her "sandwich" a platter, with lettuce instead of bread. She even looked up the ingredients in the barbecue sauce to make sure there wasn't any gluten in it. She couldn't even finish it all, as the portions were large. The Turkey was perfect. I had to take 1/2 home. I ordered sweet potatoes waffle fries and they were delicious. A huge side portion. The only disappointment was the cole slaw. It was very spicy with a very strongly flavored with mustard. None of us cared for it. Nice atmosphere, good food and service so overall it was a good find and we will definitely go back!

We are so glad you visited and also for taking the time to let us know how we are doing! We really like to provide hospitable service and help people to enjoy their time in the mountains. And we're going to look at that cole slaw recipe - thanks for the heads up it's normally not spicy!

Been here twice. Had the meatloaf sandwich which was pretty good and the pork taco's which also were good. You get very large portions but it is a little pricey. The fried jalapeno/onion side was very good. My wife loves this place a bit more than I do.

Stopped in while visiting Blue Ridge during spring break. No issues with the food. It was very good and prepared fresh. Took a little bit longer than we expected. Two stars are given for two issues that can easily be improved upon. First with staffing. Three young ladies who were working very hard to take care of streams of customers. One was on break leaving two staff members to cook and prepare all the food, take care of any issues in the dining area and check on customers. Secondly was just the overall condition of the eating area. Plenty of debris on the floor, tables that needed to be wiped and general cleanliness. It certainly made the place feel more like a dive. Again, the food we had was fresh and delicious. Tighten up your dining area and staffing and you’ll have a winner.
