The service is very poor, hard to get the waitress to accomodate your needs and this was when it was only 3 tables occupied. We came back because their sandwiches were good, the reuben was excellent but * bucks was a bit over priced. We tried staying for the evening entertainment but $7 cover charge was not worth it. It should of been free considering the band selections, very worn out and tired. We are not young but like a live band that has a heart beat.

The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly. Some days there's live music which can sometimes get a little loud if you're at the tables nearby, but that is a welcome change for a restaurant in this area. The breakfasts are good and it's nice to have the veggie sausage option, but the some of the dishes' names miss the mark. Bananas Foster Pancakes conjures up an image of bananas sautéed in butter and brown sugar, perhaps with dark rum and banana liqueur, not the cold, sliced banana pieces and raw nuts with caramel sauce drizzled over them that you get with this dish. The reuben is great. With breakfast, some of the a la carte prices can quickly run up your bill if you're not careful. Overall, it's a wonderful option in this small town that just needs a little fine tuning.

Had the fried pork chop and scrambled eggs, all perfect! Friendly server, acoustic guitar for entertainment. Great place to take family or folks from out if town.
