“There's not many good places to eat in carrollton but this one is awesome.”
Reviewed 13 March 2014

There's not many good places to eat in carrollton but this one is awesome. I have lived in carrollton for two years and have tried many places to eat, but the corner cafe is one of the best. Homemade bread, calzones and appetizers definitely worth trying if your in carrollton and want a great sand witch.

“Unique and different”
Reviewed 4 March 2014

While the ambience is lacking a bit the menu makes up for it. Every single time I've visited they aim to please. The food is absolutely delicious with the Texas Mugwump my favorite with Napoleon Salad. My mouth is watering as I type! Try it... Bet you are hooked too.

“Local vibe”
Reviewed 14 February 2014

Not the most friendly staff, but good food and good atmosphere. My family and I ate here while I was in town, it seems everyone knew everyone, which is quaint. I would definitely eat here again and hopefully not get the same server.

“Service Should Be Friendlier.....Food Good!”
Reviewed 7 February 2014

Lots of different choices - have eaten here several times. Portions above average but
service could be friendlier plus it was on the chilly side in the restaurant. Server was not very attentive and not really helpful in answering questions about items on menu.

“A Local Legend”
Reviewed 22 January 2014 via mobile

Once you find your preference, you can have it over and over. Eals are cooked while you wait, so call in your order if you are in a hurry. I am a fan of "Rosemary's Baby's Daddy." Chicken on Focatcia bread they make here (yum). Little bit of green stuff and chese and their own olive oil and vinegar. I prefer no tomato, and no pickle. Mugwumps are popular too. Names are goofy, but portions are generous and flavorful. Usually has local artist's work on display. Some of the booths are a little tired, but service is good, and they turn out great stuff. Lunch is the popular meal to eat at "The Corner." Eclectic servers, decor and fare. Get their bagle and asperigus dip. Really nummy. Highly recommended. Been here for years and I am one of their loyal fans. Mmmmmm.
