Visited here whilst staying over night at Ruby's Inn across the road. The food served was plentiful with a good choice of beans, coleslaw, bread, salad with Chicken, pulled pork all of which was was lovely and tasty and as it was self service you could have as little or as much as you wanted. The plates were all cleared away very quickly. You could also have a desert which were tasty.
The dinner show was very good by good entertainers. If you are in the area it is well worth a visit.

Food was relatively good. Couldn't find out if the Salmon was wild caught or poop water farm raised so went with the rib eye which was good. Entertainment to be good would have required a full service open bar!!

This is a touristy thing to do. The performance is a bunch of cheesy western songs performed by some pretty good musicians & singers. That being said, it was a fun evening of clean family entertainment. The steaks are big and tasty.

Tip: Don't pay full price. Ruby's Inn will offer you a deal of $9 off per person if you book your meal through the hotel.

Great western entertainment by very professional performers. Food was served buffet style where table by table the patrons went to be served. We had chicken and steak ad it was all good. Sides included beans, bread, coleslaw, potatoes, salad, brownies and unlimited soda pop. I was surprised by the number of people from all over the world. there were 19 countries represented at dinner. There was entertainment at the beginning as we waited for dinner then after dinner there was a lot of signing. All in all it was good food and a fun time. My eight year old got a little tired at the end as the evening went from 7 to 9:30.

Several options are available, including steak, pulled pork, and fish. The restaurant capacity is large but the lines move fast; people are directed to join the line by table sections. Because you are in Utah, you cannot go to the bar, order an alcoholic drink, and then bring it back to your table yourself. Instead, a server must carry your drink back to your table. Drinkers found this process a deterrent to drinking. The order line for drinks is shorter if you wait until later in your meal to go and get your drink, rather than getting in line immediately after being seated.

The music was so loud, it precluded conversation. Because we are not western music fans, we left mid-way through the show.
