We were surprised to find Babyland in this grand location. I miss the old location because it was so nostalgic.

The new location was not a magical as the old place in my opinion, but the girls still loved it. The tree of life was still a main attraction and the entry is still free, and we were still suckered into buying one of the dolls.

Just the smell of the dolls alone is the best thing about this place.

We have been to Babyland at least 4 times over the past 20 years. There is nothing quite like it anywhere, and now they have a beautiful new hospital that looks like a mansion for their attraction. It is really something to see for all ages and it is FREE. They really take this thing seriously and you can watch a baby born from a Mother Cabbage with the nurses in attendance. They go through the whole process including shots and weighing and measuring the baby and you can even name the baby. We go there every time we are in Helen, GA. It's fun for all ages.

You haven't lived until you watch a baby birthing at Babyland. Watch those cabbages. They are full of surprises. Since I own several Babies, I had to see the new location. Wow! It is beautiful and full of fun. Looks like a great place for an adoption, a birthday party or maybe a wedding. I liked all the sizes and prices of babies to be adopted. Can't wait to go again and adopt a set of twins.

Not sure who loved this place more; the momma or the four year old daughter? I had two Cabbage Patch Kids as a very little girl. Needless to say, this place was definitely on a list of things to visit in the area.

We went to the Babyland Hospital on a drizzly Sunday afternoon and it was packed! We thought it would be kinda quiet, but we were very wrong.

The grounds are gorgeous, as is the building. Inside, it's a wonderland!

My daughter had fun brushing a doll's hair at the salon. We watched a "live birth." We strolled around looking at all the historical babies. You can take a picture of your little one inside a CP doll box which made the stop totally worth it!

Heads up...there is no way you are leaving without spending money. Although the hospital admission is free, it's hard not to plunk down between $60-$85 for one of these dolls. Our little girl enjoyed looking over all the babies in the patch and picking out one special baby to take home. My husband's wallet was much lighter, but it was a nice gift.

This place is a "must see" if you are in the area. Stay long enough to witness a "birth" of one of the famous cabbage patch babies. Kids of all ages will love it. Even the men in our group thought this was cute. And, if you have little girls, they'll absolutely love all the dolls!
