Nice huge airy modern rooms. Huge flat screen. Large sitting area. Comfy bed. Next door to Ruby Tuesday which is good for dinner. I've stayed at a Hyatt Place at the Denver airport only a month before this stay. And the Denver location had a much better breakfast with French toast, a variety of gourmet breakfast sandwiches, delicious fruit salad, etc..all complimentary. The breakfast at this location was pretty sad in comparison and they charged for their hot options except for one which was biscuits and gravy. All in all, great stay but the breakfast, which compared to a lower class of hotel, could be much better!

My husband frequently travels here for business, and we've stayed in many of the hotels in this area. We choose Hyatt Place primarily because of the people who work here; they are all very friendly, helpful, and courteous, and they treat us like family, which is important to the frequent traveler. The rooms are clean and comfortable, large enough that I don't get claustrophobia and quiet enough that I can stay in and catch up on my reading.
One note: bathroom renovations began this week on our floor. I groaned inwardly and wondered if we would have to move, but the workers have been fairly quiet and nearly invisible, and Trina (a WONDERFUL housekeeper) told me that the new showers in the king rooms will be great. Looking forward to our next visit!

Room Tip: Upper floors best. King rooms have more room, less storage.

The elevator motor overheated and set off the fire alarms twice. The AC wasn't working well... in late July! The staff was standing around looking stupid and not doing much about it. Glad to leave and won't return. The room was nothing special... kind of worn, but at least its AC worked.

This was my first stay at this location. I chose it for its proximity to the airport and its free parking. The hotel hallway carpet looked old and worn. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was typical. Staff was particularly attentive when I alerted the front desk that I found a bedbug in the morning! I never received my Hyatt survey from the hotel. Maybe I was overlooked or perhaps they didn't want a mention of the bedbug.

Staff here go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I appreciated Yolanda at the front desk - patient and always willing to find the answer. If you want to know where a mall or restaurant is located, they have pre-printed cards that are quick to hand out and easy to follow directions. Lolita served breakfast. She is so sweet and is quick to get whatever you ask about. A housekeeper Barbara helped with the room. She always had a smile and kind word as well as no housekeeper knocked on the door in the AM. The room was spacious and bed, super comfy. A negative is the bathroom opens directly into the bed area with no door so if someone turns on a light during night, the whole place lights up and can be noisy with no door. Great door to door to the airport is reason we originally booked this place.

Five day stay, 1 day we had no water, the internet was too slow to be of any value. The meals were edible but nothing to write home about. Our room was $95 per night and a colleague staying in the "same room" down the hall paid $55.

This is our favorite hotel chain. The desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly and hardworking, however it is apparent that this is an older Hyatt Place hotel. The carpet in our room was very stained (the room was otherwise quite clean) and the key card reader to our door was very touchy. It also appears that management needs to purchase more dishes for the breakfast area -- as the staff is required to constantly wash them to keep the small stock on the shelves replenished. This Hyatt Place includes a hot menu item with the complimentary breakfast. We stayed on the 2nd floor and the plane noise was rarely noticeable -- however, the room doors closing makes quite a bit of noise. I think the room is priced a bit high.

Room Tip: suggest rooms on 2nd-5th floors
