“Hipster feel BUT slow service and pricey!”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 February 2014 via mobile

I want to like this place and have tried it a handful if times for lunch. Most of us don't have a long time so why are they always sooooo slow? More than once during normal lunch times they run out of standard menu items. These kinks should have been worked out long ago. It is pricey with small portions. It's good for just a cup of coffee but otherwise I won't be back.

“Loved the setting; food not worth the price”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 February 2014

The Iron Bank is a unique spot because it is located in a former bank. The old vaults, the chandeliers and the eclectic furniture make for great atmosphere. My friend and I came in to see the place and get a quick bite to eat. The cost of 2 bowls of soup and 2 soft drinks came to $18. That's a bit pricey. The soup was just, well, soup (tomato bisque). I didn't price the coffee, but perhaps just getting a cup of coffee or tea and taking in the atmosphere would be the best way to experience the Iron Bank.

I love this place! The vintage feel of Iron Bank is so appealing! The chandeliers are incredible and the little seating nook inside the safe is precious! Fantastic spot!!

“Unique style”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 November 2013 via mobile

Great little coffee shop. Lovely atmosphere and love how they how they have kept the style of the Bank.

We sat down at the coffee tables in the vault which still has the vault door there, very interesting to look at!

The only downside is the furnishing were a little dirty and needed a clean (fabrics).

The upside is the coffee and food is great!!

“Meh”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 October 2013

I walked in believing I'd enjoy it based on the recommendation of others. They forgot to make my order until I went to the counter and politely inquired why it was taking so long. Then, they made my order incorrectly and the sandwich was slopped together as if assembled by a child. It didn't taste good and it was way overpriced.
