Mary Beth and Fred were wonderful hosts. Stu, their dog, is a sweetheart. The house was warm and inviting, and very clean. We stayed for 5 nights, our longest stay at a B and B, and we were not disappointed. We were lucky enough to stay there for New Year's Eve, and we celebrated it with the other guests and Fred and Mary Beth, sitting outside around a fire.

The house was homey and very clean; the breakfasts were absolutely delicious and filling. And Mary Beth bakes some awesome cookies!

We spent a couple relaxing and fun days in Dahlonega, GA. We stayed in the Inn but we also checked out the yurts (so cool!). For our next visit, we are going to stay in a yurt although I will miss the smell of Mary Beth's baked goods in the house.

The Inn was very clean and felt welcoming and inviting. I loved the pretty stained glass in our room and the French doors. The free WiFi was an added bonus. The low flow showerheads were great and we are even thinking of getting them in our home.

Fred and Mary Beth are the perfect hosts. They were very attentive and wonderful to chat with. They even built a fire in the Chimenea for New Years Eve for all to enjoy. Mary Beth's cooking is amazing! We talked about her delicious breakfast on through the afternoon. Cookies greeted us on the counter when we returned from our hiking adventures. Her triple chocolate brownies and cowboy cookies were addictive. My fiance was smitten with her vegan pumpkin cookies.

When it was time to head home, it was like leaving from visiting with good friends. Great people. Great place. Great Location. Great Price. Eco-friendly.

We will definitely be back!! Great way to start the new year!

The Inn and Yurts are close to many cool hiking destinations in North GA. We hiked Blood Mountain but we also visited many waterfalls that you can drive to (if hiking is not your thing). Dahlonega has many good places to eat. We ate at the Corkscrew Cafe for New Years Eve.

It was terrific to have a B+B that has recycling and the whole range of eco-friendly features down to compost for orange peels. Mary Beth and Fred are the best couple you could hope to stay with-Mary Beths vegan breakfasts made me feel right at home even though I was surrounded instead by the beautiful mountains of Georgia. The rooms were clean and smelled terrific-and the best part was the room came with a little checkerboard. We got to meet an interesting range of guests at breakfast each morning-sharing good stories-and learning about the area. I'd recommend it to anyone going down to Georgia.

Vegan is just one of the options we offer at breakfast. Due to extra preparation and planning/shopping we request guests wanting vegan to give advance notice.

Many meat lovers also love the vegan dishes.
