“Georgia's Good Ole Boys”
Reviewed 4 July 2013

Well this was a real treat. Didn't see Awesome Bill From Dawsonville, but boy did we see the trophies! So much memorabilia from days past. Mrs Soseby was our private escort for tour of the Racing Hall of Fame. Even if you are not a car nut you will be amazed at the collection. This is a must see just North of Atlanta. I want to come back for the Moonshine Festival in October!

“LOTS OF RACE HISTORY”
Reviewed 6 June 2013

My Dad and I went for a day trip, he was told by a co-worker that it was a great attraction. Had a little trouble finding it. Cost $4.00 to enter, which was not bad. Saw a lot of race history and really enjoyed it.

“Fun Time”
Reviewed 11 May 2013

So it was raining cats and dogs (or maybe moonshine) and we needed an indoor activity, so we went to the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame. We're not die-hard racing fans, but we thought this would be a good thing to do for a small price, plus I'm a history-buff and thought it might be interesting. We (my husband and I) had SO much fun! The displays in this museum are extremely well-done and very informative. We enjoyed the short movie which you watch from the back seat of old cars at the drive-in. The museum is entirely volunteer-run and the docents were all so nice and well-informed. Running moonshine is not "glorified", but it was explained how desperate the folks living in the hills were for money during Prohibition era and making moonshine and "running" it to Atlanta were deemed a necessity by many. Young children would probably not fine the museum entertaining but 'tweens and teens might find it interesting.

Lots of history on racing. Small fee to enter but worth it. Location is near other attractions. Great step in history
