“This is the only holiday accommodation we have returned to and would again!”
Reviewed 2 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We had such a relaxing holiday. The apartment is beautiful, as is the surroundings. Everything is provided, bedding, towels and a lovely welcome pack. The wifi was very much appreciated by my teenage girls, as was the piano! It's home from home.
There are also books, games, dvd's, local maps and information, with walks literally on the doorstep.
Can't recommend it enough!!

“Cosy apartment”
Reviewed 14 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

The apartment is a nice holiday house (part of a larger stately building) for two persons. Everything you need is there. The surroundings are beautiful (like a park) and the rabbits are your neighbours and the occasionel squirrel too. Very quiet and with the nice afternoon sunshine in the apartment. Hilary and John are very hospitable and willing to give you support and information. We did a lot of walking and several walks started 150 metres from home. Pateley Bridge has the shops you will need and a supermarket around the corner.

“Superb location and accommodation”
Reviewed 10 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We booked this rental for a weekend away - it is just 60 miles from our bustling North West home but was a different world.

The accommodation was one of a number of apartments build from a converted mill, alongside the River Aire. It is not in Malham itself, but a couple of miles away in a small village.

The apartment is spacious, modern, very well equipped and clean. It is extremely comfortable, with a double and twin bedroom, bathroom and en suite. There is ample car parking at the rear and easy access to the river and meadows from the front.

It was very easy to find with excellent communication from the owner. One watch out is the plethora of single track roads that surround the property. This is farming country, and it wasn't a complete surprise to find sheep in the road as we came home.

The accommodation is on two levels with bathroom/bedrooms downstairs. This is quite steep and might be a problem for someone with mobility difficulties.

There are few facilities in the village (just a farm shop) and no phone reception.

This is a marvellous place to stay and somewhere that i would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great weekend at this lovely apartment. Ideally situated within walking distance of Malham and an excellent base to explore the Yorkshire Dales. Looking forward to visiting again!

“Stylish, beautifully appointed, bright and welcoming”
Reviewed 31 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

The apartment is situated in a picturesque village next to the river with an excellent farm shop from which you can see Malham cove. The owners were very friendly and helpful - there were detailed maps of the area, a huge bowl of fruit, fresh coffee and tea and fresh flowers everywhere. The apartment is light and airy, very well equipped to a high standard. It was an excellent base from which to explore the area.
