Ate the buffet for lunch and the place was packed! We had great service and the pizza was very good.

“This doesn't look like a place to eat pizza at all, but the food is great!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 April 2011

On the outside this restaurant doesn't give you the idea they are serving pizza inside. It looks more like the Mac. Inside is a lot of wood. It looks funny. The menu is to the point. As we saw some gigantic pizza's coming by, we choose wisely for a small one. The waitress was surprised, even more when we didn't choose anything from the salad bar. Although that looked very well. The pizza tasted great.

“Not Great for Family Dining”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 December 2010

New building was a great idea (more space). Smaller booths were not. Four people (even with 2 little ones) cannot sit in any of the booths without hanging off the edge. Guess they did this to drive everyone into the new game room. Pizza is fresh and pretty good when served hot. But if we can't be comfortable while eating, we just won't go. Too bad. We used to enjoy Village Pizza. .

“Funny place for great pizza”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 May 2010

If you want to eat among the locals of Georgia, see what they like to eat and being watched like strangers out of town, go to Village Pizza in Hazlehurst. It’s a funny wooden restaurant and there is always something to see. The menu is straightforward and there is always something you like on the menu. We choose a small size pizza and glad we did because small was a full meal for us. The pizzas tasted great, really great. For two small pizzas and two soft drinks we paid $25 total. They do not serve beer.
