I have been staying at the Helendorf for more years than i can remember. From a quiet getaway for me,to meeting friends from other states,to having a family get together, this is the place to be.You will be on the best part of the Chattahoochee river with several places to walk down a few steps and have your toes in the water. The new landscaping and remodeled rooms are outstanding!! You have a great view of tubers floating over the "rapids" Downtown Helen is a few steps away & the festhalle is across the street. My favorite is the relaxing affect it has on me.The only place to stay in Helen in my opinion!!!
