We had lunch at Williams Brothers on 12/16/17. I had heard from several people how great this restaurant was supposed to be. We were not impressed. The Baby Back ribs were SWIMMING in sauce. Had I known that the kitchen was going to drown the ribs with sauce; I would have ordered mine dry. The Brunswick Stew was far from the best I have ever had; they should call it corn stew since the major ingredient was corn. I did order some (sauceless) brisket (to go), on my out, and it was the best item I received from this restaurant. If you feel the need to go; ORDER THE BRISKET without the bathtub of sauce!
