The food, the service, the staff, the atmosphere... love them all. Had lunch yesterday with a coworker.. got to love the Coke Zero with Grenadine for that cherry coke taste. Rec'd our order really quick and check also. The food was great..

“Food is really good and reasonably priced”
Reviewed 28 September 2012

We go to Chili's in Gadsden at least twice a month. This location is close enough to allow us to dine there during the work week for supper. Love their Margarita Lime Grilled Chicken!! It's the bomb!!

“Great food in a lively atmosphere”
Reviewed 26 August 2012

We have been to the Rome Chili's many times over the past 10 years and I cannot remember a bad experience or bad food for that matter. Our most recent trip back in May found us seated in the bar area because it had open tables and a great view of the ball game. The food was excellent as was the service. Chili's is also open late which makes it a great choice for us thespians that don't seem to get out of the theatre very early.

“Our experience was great”
Reviewed 21 July 2012

We were traveling to Berry College and stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. We were seated quickly. Our server was very friendly and helpful. She hustled to get our food out. The manager came by to check on us, to make sure we were being taken care of properly. Another person came by to ask if we were interested in signing up for the Chili's reward/coupon program. We ordered the 2 for $20 special. Our appetizers came out in plenty of time before the entrees. Our entrees were exactly as ordered. The server even asked us to make sure our steaks were cooked like we ordered before she left the table. In many of my experiences, the server delivers the food and takes off and you have to wait until they come back around to get your order corrected. The broccoli was steamed just right and not overcooked. The store itself was clean, from the tables, to the floor, to the restrooms. We were pleased with our experience. I know Chili's is a chain restaurant, but we enjoyed our lunch at this Chili's and felt as if the people who worked there care about making sure we received our money's worth.

Friends ask us to meet them here for dinner. They didn't show up, we should have left. Of all the items that we ordered, the only thing worth eating was the Blooming Onion. Any of the other items were located cheaper down the street at Taco Bell at half the price. Try the Ihop Restaurant behind Chili's for better food and prices.
