The Roswell Ghost Tour is a fun way to learn about Roswell's history and experience some of the city's historical sites with a spooky twist. Our group was pretty large (maybe because it was a Saturday close to Halloween), but our guide, Beth, did a great job of keeping everyone together and engaged. All of the sites were interesting, but I liked the cemetery and The Bricks the best. It was interesting to learn about the history of the cemetery and the mill village. Great job!
We joined the Roswell Ghost walk on 9/23, Lauren Miller was guide. Check in and overview by owner Joe Avena was informative and set the right tone. Nightime tour is grea for atmosphere for ghost hunting at Roswell historic sites. Would highly recommend this for the curious and history buffs.
My husband and I went with our friend and we had a blast! Wow! We just did the investigation tour and it was awesome. The tour is interesting and full of rich history. LOTS of energy and paranormal activity going on. It was a great group we went with and wonderful guides. Especially Joe with the investigation. This was the part of the tour that stood out the most to me because they took the time to be conscientious of the spirits. By taking the time to do that we were able to see a lot more activity. They really took their time and cared about our experience. They showed us how to use the investigation tools and made sure everyone was included. They even shared special evp's from previous investigations. There aren't theatrics but it was very calm and humorous. The tour is interesting enough without the theatrical aspects of typical tours. I'm so glad we went!!! It lasted almost 4 hours from start to finish. We even got to hear a spirit say Ben. (A different tour guide who wasn't with the group.) Definitely worth the time and money.
Had a great time on the tour with my husband and my four boys who are all in college. Our tour guide, Heather, did a great job and tour was historical and entertaining.
Excellent history with a little spooky. The tour guide was very interesting and know a lot about Roswell. My teenage son really enjoyed it as well. I would go again.
This is a fun walking tour. We walked about 5 miles on this walk. We visited the cemetery of the founders of Roswell, and walked by the monument honoring the woman who worked at Roswell Mills during the Civil War who were sent up north after Sherman invaded the city. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, until we got to the "Creepy House". At this place, I experienced a horrible headache and felt like I had a noose around my neck. After I experienced this, we were told that the hangman used to live in that house.
