Owner description: Since 1993, the St. Simons Trolley Company has conducted the original and definitive tour of St. Simons Island. Exuding Southern charm, Bunny, a genuine Southern Belle and direct descendant of Pocohontas, provides a hilariously funny, yet well informed narrative of life in the Old South. Kevin the King adds his own twist to the stories of southern heritage and is actually funnier than Bunny. With either one, you're guaranteed a professional and highly interesting tour. Tour beautiful St. Simons Island on the oldest and most acclaimed tour on the island. This is the original historical trolley tour, operating for 23 years in nostalgic, vintage 1930's wooden trolleys. The drive-by tour includes 36 points of interest including the highlight of the tour, a WALKING TOUR OF CHRIST CHURCH CHURCHYARD at historic Christ Church (except Mondays). Other sites include the Lighthouse, one of only three working lighthouses in Georgia; Bloody Marsh, site of the famous 1742 battle where the fate of the Southern Colonies was decided; Fort Frederica, the colonial town and fort settled by General James Edward Oglethorpe; and Retreat Plantation, where relics from the slavery era still exist. We speak SOUTHERN! The St. Simons Trolley tour is one of the most acclaimed in the South. To enjoy the island in true southern fashion, join us on the St. Simons Trolley. You will truly enjoy the entertaining and informative narrative of 400 years of island history and folklore as you ride along in the newly refurbished, original, vintage Green Trolley. We also point out the best places to eat, shop, and play. It's the perfect way to see and experience island life, while getting a good overview of the entire island.

My hubby and I came to celebrate our anniversary back on the island and had heard about the trolley tours. One of our guests from our wedding said we must go it was worth it. We grabbed two brochures and checked out tripadvisor. The trolley tour that stood out the most to us was the review and what our friend says. ..you got to ask for Bunny. So after reading both reviews St.Simons Island Trolly tours sounded the most down to earth and fun experience that we were looking for. We choose Bunny and so glad we did!

We started off our tour and it was just laid back, fun and informative. SO much history on the island we never knew!!! Bunny never missed a beat! We laughed, we got involved with the Question and Answer session and learned not only about the island but places to eat, stay, other sights to take in. It was a blast! We felt so welcomed after the tour that we ventured back to some of the places on our own that we visited on Bunny's recommendation and it was worth it!!! After the tour we ended up meeting more locals and expanding more of our knowledge about the island. What a great tour!

The next day at breakfast we ran into Bunny and told her what fun we had! She was just as nice and warm with her welcome to us thst morning just as she was the day of our tour!! Yep she was so excited that we enjoyed ourselves. I even handed out a few brochures to others that we met telling them what a great tour her trolley was.

BUNNY and her staff is what I call is quality and compassionate business owner and Islanders!!
Can't go wrong!! Go see Bunny and don't be fooled by the rest!
Thanks Bunny for making our anniversary weekend such a memorable one!!!

This tour was extremely well narrated with tons of information about the island, the cultures and the peoples of St Simon. Bunny added lots of tidbits that were really interesting, Being a Eugenia Price fan, it was fun to relate the novels to info that Bunny related. Wish I had time to do it again, as I am sure Bunny has loads of other information to share. This tour is well worth the $$. The tour is a great way to get acclimated to the layout of the island for later exploration. Bunny also gave great reviews on island food, places to eat, and places to shop, shop, shop.

This trolley tour is awesome! My 23 year old daughter, as well as a teenage niece took this tour with some other family members and we couldn't believe how much they enjoyed it. They are not typically interested in this type of entertainment. It was informative and entertaining. Fun for all. Look for the green and white trolley in the village for a 90 min.tour of a great island.

Go to St Simon's Island right now and see the BEAUTIFUL azaleas and other blooming plants. We had a great aft. there, enjoyed shrimp at Brogans rest., walked the shoreline and soaked up the sun. I must say the people of the area are very friendly, wish I could stay longer, will definitely be back.
