The room was beautiful and the service was even better. We were totally freaked out about our rental car return situation (turns out the storm drain is actually where you throw your keys as a drop box) and our train ticket situation (even if people tell you it is impossible to print a ticket at the kiosk it is possible) but the owners walked us through these situations with total calm. And didn't blink an eye at recommending us two bottles of fabulous rose to deal with the trauma.
