I was disappointed with this Hotel, it looks much better in the pictures, but the hotel itself is dingy, old, unmaintained and simply cheap looking. The hotel needs a renovation, as the rooms are full of cracks, leaks and even the random cockroach. (To be fair, I only saw 1 but that's disgusting enough). To top it all, the service was also disappointing. When ordering a salad, they ran out of ingredients and they didn't bother telling me, and was given a bowl of leafs with a side dressing. When calling about this, the person seemed completely uninterested and did not offer any help, and told me that i can come down to pick up one of the ingredients they "forgot" to add. The internet is FREE, but what they don't tell you is that the connection is SO slow to the point that is practically impossible to check even your emails. Breakfast is just as bad as any free breakfast I had in most hotels so I won't even complain about that one. The AC is super noisy and old. The gym room is a joke with 2 old machines. Definitely a hotel I will never stay again.

The hotel is very well located near ATL downtown and close to shopping malls, it is a nice property with enough parking space.

The rooms are clean and quiet, as some reviews state the bathroom is small but nothing to worry about, the overall experience is good.

Well served breakfast, we didn't use the gym or the pool but it is nice that they have this facility.

An overall great experience in our trip

You know what you get when you stay at a Hyatt Place. Great, clean rooms. Great bed--didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Good service. Best breakfasts and a staff that calls you by your name after you check in. My only suggestion is they need to adjust the closures on the room doors to keep from slamming shut. I found this at all Hyatt Place hotels. GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Stayed in 2 bedroom suite with group of college friends. The room was perfect size for 7 of us . Very nice kitchenette/dinette for happy hour and appetizers .
. Plenty of bathroom space .Lacked hot water for a day but the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Hotel was newly opened and the maintenance staff was very accommodating. The continental breakfast need more staff to monitor the buffet . Had to wait a long time for hot water and coffee since it was run by staff that was also working the front desk. The lobby area was beautiful with plenty of sitting space and an outdoor fireplace with seating. The hotel seemed to be centrally located to surrounding shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking available in the lot. Would be willing to try this again once the hotel has settled into it's routine!

The Hyatt place gives you great value for your money. Lobby is clean and modern. Rooms were also clean. Bathroom is a bit on the small side but serves its purpose when travelling. The daily free breakfast was a great savings with a wide variety of options. The entire property has free wifi which is a great change from hotels I've stayed we're you may get free service but only in the lobby. Parking is included as well. The staff rally exemplified southern hospitality. My husband and I will definitely return to this property next time we travel to Atlanta.
