The Raptor centre was a most enjoyable and informative place to spend a few hours. We were not able to stay for the flying displays, but thoroughly enjoyed the birds of prey. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a very nice cafe providing lovely strong coffee and a good selection of food.

Visited here for the afternoon after taken advantage of a Groupon offer. Have been many times before and really enjoyed it. This time was no different. Lots to see and a very reasonable priced cafe to boot.

Absolutly awesome.
This is well worth a visit the staff are friendly willing to talk about not just the meerkats but the other animials they have.
The experiance lasts 30 minutes with the playful family. It consisted of dad and four of his childrem a mix of male an female babies. If you are looking for a present this this is one I would recommend.
Also during your visit you can see a wide variety of owls and birds of prey, which are also lovely. We are now looking at going back to do an experience with these as well.
The meerkat experience would suit all ages and again the staff a full of information and very helpful. It was easy to book.

Stayed in great room on site and got free pass in to the sanctuary. The owls are a pleasure to see,and some hoot back at you if you hoot to them! Even though it was raining,it was well worth walking round, and got some great photos.Staff very helpful.Would definitely go back in nicer weather!!

Came here with my boyfriend one Sunday. There were a range of people of all ages there. There were a wide variety of birds and we saw a flying show at 12 which lasted a little over an hour. There was another show at 2 where different birds were to be displayed but we didn't see this. However, it's good to know you could make the most of the day and see different birds. For a little over a fiver the entrance fee is good if you looking for a cheap attraction. The place is not very large and personally once I had seen a few birds in the cages I had seen them all! Staff were knowledgeable but the place could perhaps do with a little more info on display outside the cages. Didn't eat in the café so can't comment on that. There is a meerkat place there too but that was another £3 to go in there.
