On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights this unassuming restaurant serves up a dynamite seafood buffet. We went on a Thursday around 5:30pm. By the time we left, the place was full. They do have a larger dining room off to the side that you don't immediately see upon entering. Diners need to know this place only takes GA checks or cash. The buffet during our visit was great. In addition to regular salad bar items, there was coleslaw, a couple hot soups (one that looked like fish soup), hush puppies, grits, french fries, fried fish (probably flounder or perch), steamed shrimp, steamed crawfish, fried shrimp, fried frog legs, deviled crab, fried quail, crab legs, and hot peach cobbler and banana pudding all for only $19.99 a person. Our favorites were the lightly battered fried shrimp and the sweet crab legs. Staff were very friendly. Looked like mostly a local crowd. We only heard about the place through word of mouth - our local hair salon/barber in a nearby town recommended the place to us.Worth a trip to try the buffet, or order items off the menu.
