We stayed in Nov. 2013 as an I75 Friday stopover. Hotel was clean/modern and staff were courteous. Nice outdoor pool albeit in proximity to parking lot. Relatively new hotel. Some noise between rooms, but still acceptable. Bathroom seemed smaller than typical but again acceptable. Number of high school sport teams staying Friday night - parent chaperons ignored them and kids were oblivious and ignorant at breakfast. More kitchen help and intervention on acceptable dress code at breakfast would have been appreciated (likely par for the course for weekend stays across US and Canada these days). Otherwise a fine stay.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to let us know how we are doing. We apologize for the group of kids and their conduct. We try to do everything in our power to make sure they follow our guidelines. On our weekends we tend to see more people in the breakfast area later in the morning. We try to advise all of our guests on the weekend, that earlier is better for a less crowded breakfast experience. It looks like excluding the group that you had a good stay and we hope to see you the next time you come through Valdosta. Thank you again. Mason Caracciolo GM

Given the property type, location and price, we were expecting a mediocre experience. However, the property is fairly new and, so far, has been well maintained. The rooms were very quiet and were spacious. The buffet was plentiful with a good variety, although a little slow to get restocked.

This was a great place to stay if you are travelling and want a relaxing night.

All in all, a great value for the price.

This lodging was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was immaculate, our bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. The breakfast room was large and attractive. We would definitely stay here again. We heartily recommend this Fairfield Inn.

This motel is clean and quiet and the staff is friendly. However, the breakfast is lacking. The only fruit was 6-8 oranges. No breakfast meat. The coffee is ok but there was only generic powdered creamer. The young lady working the breakfast area said they had run out of other creamer several days ago......really?? There is a Walmart just down the street. If good coffee and a good breakfast is important to you this isn't the place, otherwise it's fine.

Well first thank you for sharing your experience. We would like to start by apologizing about breakfast and want to inform you that this was not a typical experience. We feature a full hot breakfast buffet which includes eggs, sausage, waffles and numerous other options. With that said we do feed a large amount of people in a short period of time. Earlier hours of our breakfast is highly recommended during our busy mornings. We wanted to apologize and let you know that we have corrected the ordering and are keeping more items on hand and not relying so much on our food vendor to deliver. Please give us another try, we feel like the area you had difficulties in has been corrected. GM Mason Caracciolo

When we pulled in there is a tractor trailer parking area in front of the hotel parking lot which was unappealing. We had upgrade to king through Marriott Rewards then was informed at front desk we could only get 2 queen room. We went to supper in downtown Valdosta and go caught in construction into town and on the way back encountered barricaded side roads. Fortunately, we stumbled back to the hotel. When we came back from supper there was noone at front desk. Coffee was stale in the front lobby. This hotel was remodeled a year ago when it was aquired from Wingate. Nice lobby. Our 2 queen room was clean but the bed was mushy and very uncomfortable. We tossed and turned all night. A/C unit was loud in our room. There was no Direct TV channel guide in our room. Great Wi-Fi and TV channels. No receipt under our door even for complementary night.

Room Tip: Don't get the double queen room.

We would like to apologize for your experience. To clarify a few things, we do not typically give a receipt for a free nights stay however If you request one we would be more than happy to make that happen. We do have brand new mattresses and they have a pillow top to them. Most of our guest really enjoy them and even ask where they can purchase them. Valdosta is expanding some road ways and there is some road construction headed down town, and if we know our guests are traveling that way we try to give them a warning. We have a great location right off of 75 and the hotel is virtually brand new. We again apologize for your experience and if we can answer any other questions or assist you in any other way please contact us directly at the hotel. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. Mason Caracciolo GM.

We stayed overnight on our way to Naples.
Room was clean and comfortable and location very convenient to the highway.
Even though it is right on the highway, we didn't notice any traffic noise and we were on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast was well stocked and they were full the night we were there. Plenty of help in the breakfast room.
Will stay here again.
