We found this amazing Bed & Breakfast online after receiving a BnBFinder.com gift certificate as a wedding gift. Our initial stay in the Penthouse Suite with a private jacuzzi tub was incredible. Mario and Dave truly know how to accomodate their guests with genuine southern hospitality. We have come back every year as a result and stayed in nearly every unique room of the main house. Lucky for us, there is a cottage with even more rooms to choose from when we keep coming back again and again...

Also, ignore the 1 star Terrible review guest regarding the breakfast service, etc. I had the french toast with butter and whipped cream served by the owner himself just this morning and it was delightful! I cleaned my plate. You only live once!

After driving several hours, mostly in the rain, we really enjoyed the warm welcome and beautiful surroundings of the Ashford Manor. Mario was gracious and helpful and our room was very comfortable. We would definately go back.

Our daughter and her husband recently had their wedding at Ashford Manor. Everything was beautiful and went off without hitch. Dave,Mario, and Rachel did an outstanding job! They saw to every detail and their suggestions and recommendations were invaluable. We had the whole B & B for the weekend which made it so much easier to connect with family and the bridal party! The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. We were served the most delicious breakfasts homemade by Dave and Mario each morning of our stay.We had the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding outside on property adjacent to the main inn and were able to use the kitchen on that property for preparation and clean up. Our daughter had a beautiful outdoor wedding and reception. The grounds of the inn have several areas to choose from to accomodate any size wedding and reception, all in natural settings. Everyone had a wonderful time at the reception afterwards. Being able to have the wedding and reception in the same location made it so much easier for the wedding party and guests to enjoy themselves. We highly recommend Ashford Manor for your wedding or event or just a nice get away! Holly H

My husband and I had the best time at Ashford Manor! The main house was so quaint and beautiful and the cottage we stayed in was amazing! Mario and Dave were very attentive throughout our stay and very delightful people. We had drinks at Chops and Hops right across the street, which was a lot of fun and the staff was very friendly. We then had dinner at Mirko Pasta right next door which was delicious! Our breakfast the next morning in the dining room was out of this world and we loved how everything was decorated and prepared for guests. Overall, such a great experience and we'll definitely come back!!

My Wife and I had our wedding at Ashford Manor and cant say enough good things about this beautiful place. We had the whole B&B for the weekend, so we were able to have our parents, siblings and wedding party stay there with us for the whole weekend. Having one place to have the wedding, reception and all of our favorite people staying at one place all weekend made for an amazing and easy wedding.
So, the wedding went better than anyone could've expected. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception was a blast, everything that Dave and Mario said they would provide, they provided and then some. everything was great. But what made Ashford Manor the most ridiculously perfect place to get married was the vibe this place has. I know this sounds hippy dippy and all, but at most weddings, there seems to be an air of stress or tension. Alot of times, when families are together in a situation that can be stressful, someone gets tense and spreads it to everyone else. Not at Ashford manor. Everyone was in the best mood and there was no tension or hurt feelings or static from anyone. People are still commenting on how much fun they had and how good they felt while they were at the wedding. A huge thank you to everyone at Ashford Manor for everything. we couldn't have had a better wedding, hands down!

My wife and I stayed here on our wedding night in 07 and loved it so much we've returned twice since then. The management is great. They took good care of us, delivered a delicious meal and let us just spend time alone. We stayed in the White room, which is excellent. We peeked at a few other rooms as well, which also look great, but we're inclined to return to a room with so many memories.

My husband and I traveled here from Atlanta for our anniversary for the weekend. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, scenic grounds, and a gorgeous stay in the White Room. We even caught a Shakesphere performance on the lawn one evening. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I would have to say that this is one of my favorite b&bs we've stayed at!
