We only stayed on night. But, i was nice. The room is a nice size and with kitchenette. The room was clean and roomy. The place was full with a wedding party and they where very quite. If the Canadians are in town think it would be noisier . But, would recommend and we would stay again if in the area.

We own a week at StoneRidge every year. Since we moved away we don't come back every year, but we ALWAYS look forward to our trips back.

StoneRidge has THE BEST Rec Center of any - any - timeshare we've been to....and we travel alot. Olympic sized indoor pool - with wheelchair lift! Racquetball court. Pool table. Ping pong. Indoor volleyball (wallyball). Full court indoor basketball!! Tennis. Putt putt golf. There is even a golf course!!

We have a large one bedroom unit (room 939) which we usually pack to the gills with family. The closet is big enough to use as a bedroom for our grandbabies! We put four small children in there & could have fit a couple more!

We have so many great memories from StoneRidge. We love this place. We come back every chance we get. It has the best Recreation Center - ever! ♥

StoneRidge is always improving itself. Love it. Close enough to Silverwood & CdA, but not too close.

We were a little unsure of what to expect, both based on reviews and the incredible price - but we were so pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean and ours had a great little balcony with views of the golf course. There were additional ammenities that you don't get with a hotel such as a dishwasher, fridge, dishes and cooking utensils.
We loved the property and took advantage of the nice walking trails and golf course. We will certainly be back to explore more of what they have to offer in the area. We came here from Silverwood and it was a reasonable drive and was such a nice quiet place to stay after a busy day at the water park.
We had a few meals at the Golf Course restaurant and were pleased with the food, but the service was slow - and when traveling with small kids, slow service makes for a stressful meal. Otherwise, we were very pleased with everything at the resort!

Backstory: Retired couple (ages 59 and 64); have rented timeshares several times but do not own one; spent the week of July 5-12, 2013 here.

Location:
+out of the way small town, very quiet
+within a reasonable drive of Spokane, WA; Priest and Pend Oreille lakes; Couer d'Alene, ID
-out of the way means a bit of a drive to do anything; there's not even a grocery store within 7 miles

Room/Accommodations:
+as advertised
-these units are STUDIO APARTMENTS so they are the smallest timeshares we've ever rented
+clean, neat w/comfortable bed
-needs a little upgrading (ditch the faux log cabin wallpaper for example)
+all kitchen appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave)
-fridge did not have icemaker
+ice machine on first floor of the building
-stove is small (stove top actually too small for the skillet provided); oven worked but no pizza pan or cookie sheet provided
0 probably the least-best stocked kitchen we've ever experienced, yet I was able to find enough utensils and pans to cook the meals I'd brought
+barbeque grills available (gas)
-cheap coffee maker and this is the only timeshare I've ever rented that didn't provide at least one pot's worth of coffee to start our stay; no sugar/creamer either

Other:
-VERY LITTLE storage space in the unit
+each unit has its own storage closet accessible from the hallway -- adequate for golf clubs, skis, coolers, etc
-the check-in person didn't tell us about it; we didn't realize we had it until day 3
+change of linens/towels provided mid-week
-we had to round up our used items and schlep them to the check-in desk to have them replaced
+soap provided in both the vanity and tub areas of the bathroom
- Really? A plastic pump bottle with "foaming hand soap" written in black felt marker?
+vanity area of the bath separated from tub/stool area.

Leisure faciities:
+walking paths
+wonderfully large salt-water pool
+/- Long enough to swim laps, but no lanes marked for doing so
+ (For us retireds) no volleyball net, basketball hoop, etc in the pool
+++for handicapped folks, a lift into the pool available

+great indoor hot tub, dry and wet saunas, racquetball courts, work out room, gymnasium, meeting space
+bathrooms in rec center looked recently remodeled
+onsite putt-putt golf, tennis courts
-small fee ($2.00 per game) for the putt-putt but they did offer a pass for $25 good for one week and up to 10 people. Great value for a family
+ we used to be golfers but no longer are so we didn't play, but the 18-hole course looked quite nice.

Grounds:
+meticulously maintained
+/- there is a motorcoach village on the premises, but it is so far from the rental units you don't even realize they are there

Overall,
+ a good value for what we paid in prime season
- In need of an interior facelift

If you're the kind of person who looks for luxury, large spaces in your room, this is not for you. If you like to spend your vacation relaxing IN your room, this is not for you.

However, this was more than adequate as a base for day trips. We easily spent one day each: visiting Spokane, driving around Priest Lake, touring Lake Pend Oreille and driving the Selkirk loop into British Columbia.

For two people, the space was adequate, not roomy. Although we saw many families there, I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose . . . just a bit cramped, I think.

I was a little nervous about going to Stoneridge, partly because of some of the negative reviews I had read. It was very reasonably priced and I wondered what we would get for our money. I was pleasantly surprised as we drove into the property. It looked like a high class resort in a lovely country setting. The room was very nice with everything you need to prepare your own meals (except food!) and it was immaculate. We faced out toward the golf course on the second floor from a nice balcony. There were two huge blue spruce trees to give a bit of privacy and a great spot for bird-watching. There are many activities, swimming, hot-tubbing and a steam room, something I had never experienced before. There is mini golf, tennis, pickle ball, a weight room and a nice spot outside the pool for sunbathing.
This is a decided family resort - quiet time is strictly adhered to. After 10:00 p.m. Nice and peaceful. All in all, I really enjoyed staying here and will return in the future.

Room Tip: Second and third floors may be difficult for some since there is no elevator. Stairs are quite stee...

I have been going to Stoneridge for the last 20 years and i am still going. Some reviews say prices are bad, but this is not true. The mini golf is only $2 for the day, and tennis is $1 for the rackets. the lighting at night is fine to see with, and the rooms are maintained well. There is cell service at both ends of the condos but not in the middle, but its not bad because I get some walking in. There is tons to do and I have never had a bad day there. Silverwood is close and coeur d' Alane has great shopping. I couldn't ask for anything more unless i wanted a Butler.

Room Tip: Building 6 has cell service and is close to the playground and BBQ area. Also the golf course side i...

We stayed at Stoneridge because it was close to our son's new home and wanted to spend as much time as we could with him since we hadn't seen him for two years. We did an RCI exchange and he rented another 1 bedroom online. Our son was to stay at Stoneridge from Saturday through Tuesday while some renovations were being done at his house. Tuesday morning he found out they weren't quite done. He called the front desk to see if he could stay another two nights and was told not only that he could stay, but they were giving him a discount. That was wonderful news! Both units were very nice and comfortable and the decor with the log accents was really cute. The kitchen was well equipped which was great because my son and I traded off on the cooking and ate ALL of our meals in the condo. I even baked a birthday cake for him although I did bring my own cake pan! The view out of the bedroom patio door was breathtaking and the grounds were immaculate and well maintained. If I had a motor coach I would be in seventh heaven with the beautiful, well-appointed 'Motor Coach" village on the grounds. There are also some beautiful homes sprinkled around Stoneridge which also give it a pretty look. There is a nice coin operated laundry area in the basement and plenty of sports activities to keep you busy along with a mini-golf. It was very quiet and peaceful and there was a grocery store that was only about 10 miles away that had mostly anything anyone would need and at reasonable prices. I guess my only complaint would be that we had to pay $17.95 for the week for internet service. However, on a surprising note, we got a telephone message saying that since Frontier had problems with the internet service one day, if we went to the front desk they would give us our money back for that day. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay and would definitely go there again.
