“If You Don't Golf, Don't Bother”
Reviewed 9 October 2013

We arrived after dark October 1st and if it weren't for our GPS, we would never have found the office. No one had bothered to turn on street lights/luminaires and it was very dark, registration/office was not prominent. The registration peoplke did not know when the restaurant closed. They were kind enough to call, and it was closed before 7;30 pm. So we were out of luck for a close-by supper.

Room was clean, but since it is a condo-style rental, coffee pot without coffee was the finding. Bed was a bit on the soft side. When does one look for a hairdryer? Right, when one has wet hair and is just out of the shower. Spouse went to the office for one. Ditto there is no iron or ironing board in the room.

Gorgeous view the next morning of the gorgeous golf course. Breakfast at the resort restaurant was ideal (althjough none of the three people at the registration office could tell us how long they served breakfast nor when they opened. Great price for the room, but they cater to the elderly, retired golfing set.

Room Tip: I believe all of these rooms open out onto the golf course.

I am not too up on places in the mountains to stay, we usually focus more on tropical places. this place has a alot to offer. We enjoyed it greatly. Many things to do the place is outlined in a fantastic golf course. The water park (Silverwood) is close. The food is great at the restaurant, and the rooms are pretty cozy.
If you like beautiful lakes Pend O'rielle and Coeur D'Alene are right there. If you want beauty Priest Lake is also not too far. All three of these locations we liked. The resort is linked to timeshares but also available online through expedia and so on.
Definitely something we will do again.

Room Tip: All the rooms we saw were good.

We own as a timeshare. Stayed overnight for owners meeting. This is a nice place, we are looking at improvements as owners to make it even better. I recommend for anyone looking for a great night or week.

The resort has it all. Great golf course that even has an extra real 19th hole. The bar is the 20th hole! Can definitely recommend the artichoke crab dip. The rec center gives you lots of info on where to eat, and what to do in the area. As hikers and amateur geologists, we strayed far and wide to enjoy the hiking, views and ice age flood history.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that offers the golf course view.

We stayed at this resort for one night. It is a time share resort so it was an efficiency with a kitchen. The room was clean and roomy. It had a balcony overlooking a golf course. The only restaurant close by was the grill for the golf course which had good sandwiches and good breakfast. The cost of the room was very reasonable. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others. No negatives.

Stoneridge is the full meal deal when it comes to year round fun and activities. With a 19 hole manicured golf course, tennis, pickle ball, indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room, racket ball, mini golf, great restaurant, skiing nearby, lovely accommodations.....what else could a family ask for in a vacation. Something for everyone to do.

We stayed for one week from June 28th - July 5th, 2013. The resort grounds are beautiful and very clean. Being surrounded by the StoneRidge Golf Course you are truly off the beaten track, about 20 minutes back to the main highway. We stayed in a 1 room studio that was booked through RCI. The room was very rustic looking, with log looking walls. The appliances are older white (full fridge, small oven, microwave, dishwasher and full sink) But all worked very well. We had 2 adults and a 2 year old and had more than enough room for the enitre week. The only thing I wished the room had was inhouse washer and dryer. You had to use the community ones in the lobby. Plenty to use but still a pain to haul it down. During our week we got to experience for the first time July 4th. The resort did a great job hosting. Hotdog/Watermelon supper, golf cart parade and fireworks. I was really impressed. We did many day trips on our stay to Idaho ( Silverwood themepark- fantastic!, Beach trips -Sand point, Couer d'alene, spokane) We all had a great family vacation. Would definetly come back to the area in a couple of years.
