“nice little hole in the wall”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 March 2013

Have eaten there four or five times because it is one of my daughter's favorite places. The sandwiches are excellent and the pizza are huge. Nice selection of beer and very attentive staff.

“Best beer and pizza in town!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 February 2013 via mobile

We drive downtown from Eagle for the best selection of rotating beers on tap and pizza in the the treasure valley. Thin crust ad inventive topping combinations.

“Who doesn't love pizza and beer?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 October 2012

This is my favorite place in Boise. It's underneath the Reef which is a popular spot so people often walk right by. Shame. This place has a great selection of beers on tap and bottle. Their list is updated almost daily I think, so there's always some new beer to try. The pizza is fantastic and I never tire of the wise guy and godfather. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Stop by if you happen to be in Boise.

“Delicious food, great atmosphere and cheap!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 July 2012 via mobile

This is one of the better pizza places I've been to! My boyfriend and I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza (14") to share and I also ordered a salad. The salad was one of the best I have had at any restaurant. Fresh greens, tomato, banana peppers, croutons and an abundance of very fresh mozzerela. The pepperoni was thickly sliced and the seasoning in the pizza sauce was delicious. For the pizza, salad, a beer and a softdrink it was only $28! Also has a great outdoor patio.

“Totally overpriced, but great”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 April 2012

If you have a mind for "bang for the buck", you may want to skip the Frontdoor, especially if you have beer on your mind! They have some interesting selections, but they are always overpriced, and served with an air of rude snobbery if you get a particular long time bartender there....if you don't tip her like a queen every time, she treats you like cow snot forever, which is so ridiculous...but that's a different issue. Service problems aside, they do have some great beers, and their pizza is some of the absolute best in town. It's some of the best because of the obvious attention to quality ingredients. I have had other items from their menu as well, and always, always enjoyed them thoroughly. Whomever is running their kitchen is doing a damn fine job!!! Great eats!!!!
